I think they adjusted arcana armor for kamael, im not sure.

That's not a pet is an aghation. Your clan must have a castel and u can buy it from chambelain  :)

when you are in a siege and your clan engraves ruler, at the end you will win the castle crown, that agathion and some more stuff.

to use it, equip the bracelet and then go to your skills and summon it.

On some servers you can buy those flying thingies in the luxury shop. Not sure they sell this precise on, but there are others that also look pretty cool.
