What pack and what client are you using ?

 

PS : Stop preconfigured packs , i'm sick of people saying all the time i have problems with skills etc etc..

i use l2j compile pack never proconf. gracia final. but they havent fix it.

Then you have to edit it alone. L2J stopped gracia final project and start working on epilogue.

 

Start editing core , to fix that skill.
