well i think at smfforfree yuo cant upload your own thing but im not that sure about the port now, the port for every FTP conection is 21!

But make account at freehostia!

and you cant connect to smfforfree b/c i dont thing thats gives you FTP account. just try freehostia.com or 0fees.net  ;)
