Man if you want to open a server (and a low rate) first fix your server, your websites, all things that u need for a l2 server and then open it. Dont open it and say in 203023902839 days i will add www.l2assault.com in 324872364826384623 we will fix olympiad and in 326428439812374234294 days we will start work on the server.
