is because you forgot to install "subversion"

as MELERIX said you miss svnversion.

hi i have proved all the programs mentioned, but I used mysql and Navicat and do not use Eclipse Classic But the problem continue to appear.

I had this problem too. You need to install Java JDK!

http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html

Install it!

Then you need to set the path!

1.Go to Start Menu/right click to Computer

2.then select properties

3.on the left side select Advanced System Settings

4.now here select Enrivoment Variables

5. search for "Path" here

6. edit the path like: at the end you need to insert the location of your java jdk folder with bin

(like my Path ;C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0\bin)

i did all and still the same error omg man i downloaded your compiled rev i press database installer and nothing happens wtf high five fail!
