[Guide]How to resolve svc_bad error?

Many guys have these problem with svc_bad i guess,me i was have this problem too in past,and now i wanna show you how to resolve this error let's beggin.You will fix this problem with 1 plugin,the plugin called xds_opt and is avalabile for servers on windows and on linux too,this plugin will help you to resolve these errors like svc_bad or 'Server failed to transmit file "AY&SY"'

 

 

We need metamod-p32,a much better metamod.

 

 

Windows:

How we install this?

 

1.

The director <gamedir>/addons/xdsopt/ is creating

 

2.

In <gamedir>/addons/metamod/plugins.ini add:
For windows: win32 addons\xdsopt\xds_opt.dll
For linux: linux addons/xdsopt/xds_opt.so  

 

3.

wget http://ftp.se.debian.org/debian/pool....1-21_i386.deb

 

4.

Now you can check,start the server and write "meta list" in console.
Will should appear a msg like this one:
[ 3] xdsopt RUN - xds_opt.so v0.1 ini Start Never 

 

 

For users with use linux on 64 bits (x64)

 

In most cases,the users with run on linux 64 bit,they have problems on this plugin install.Typing "meta list" you will observe,even if you follow the totorial step by step and you make all right as xds_opt plugin is not loading and give BAD LOAD error.

 

So look what we must make in terminal after when we log as root:

 

1.

cd /usr/src 

 

2.

apt-get install ia32-libs 

 

3.

wget http://ftp.se.debian.org/debian/pool....1-21_i386.deb

 

4.

mkdir /root/libtmp 

 

5.

dpkg -x libgcc1_4.1.1-21_i386.deb /root/libtmp 

 

6.

mv /root/libtmp/lib/libgcc_s.so.1 /lib32 

 

 

Now you can open the server and you will see the plugin is loading with succes.GoodLuck!
