How can I integrate the subtitles in a movie?

How can I integrate the subtitles in a movie? ... I Searched And I Found One Topic In A Different Forum But I Can't Found The Programs where I need

 

This Is The Topic :

We will need 3 files. 
1.virtual dub 
2.vobsub 
3.text sub which is a filter. 
All files are free and no downloads in the forum. 

We do install the vobsub 
After the installation is finished open the virtualdub and click file / open video file and add the file avi. 
We step video / filters and put the textsub and we add and post load to load the filter and click open. 
''We can put the file in the folder textsub.vdf of plugins for virtual dub does not need any time to DO load. When will open in virtualdub will recognizes itself.'' 
The check and click OK. 
Open and we step loads the file of the subtitles. 
If we step styles to choose font, size Ms. 
I suggest arial regular size 24. 
When we finish with the arrangements we step ok and ok again in the next window. 
We step video / compression to choose the codec for transcoding the movie. 
If we put the uncompressed size will come much bigger than the original. 
Ego would suggest divX & XviD codec for that job. 
When you finish the settings we step ok. 
Finally we step file / save as avi and give what name we want..

Download XviD Codec: http://www.xvidmovies.com/codec/

 

Install XviD Codec

Install DivXLand Media Subtitler and extract virtualdub and the plugin

Put the files of the plugin in the plugin folder of extracted virtualdub

 

Run DivXLand Media Subtitler

Open your avi (movie)

Open your subs and then save them as SSA (Font i suggest: Verdana Size: 20 Type: Regular Color: White)

Open then the SSA

File--->Emmbed subtitles

There where it says Virtual's Dub folder click browse and locate the folder of the extracted virtualdub

At the Output video format click configure and set the quality to 1 and click ok

then next and then ok and you ll have to wait till it finishes.

It saves the movie at the folder of the movie you oppened.
