[Help]Buffers skills time

I have a problem with the buffer, i edit the buffs to be 4h but the buffer still giving 19 min buffs i searched the forum for an answer

and i find is 1 option on altsettings of l2jfree but im using l2j and i don't know where exactly it is can any1 help?
