1st: Open Gold Bar's Exchanger (NPC that you trade your GBs)

2nd: Open your inventory by pressing the button in down-side right of the game

3rd: Drop all your Adena (or itens you need for buy Gold Bar)

4th: Exchange Gold Bar

5th: Woohoo! You have Gold Bar and Adena (or other item)!
