Request Hlapex For L2 Cosmos Destiny

Hi all i am looking for hlapex on cosmos destiny server its c4 and i have tried a hlapex but it doesn`t work

I think it is a way to put hlapex because i have heard from others that some people uses that if anyone knows something plzz lets share it first with all and then with me

Also system folder hasnt gameguard so whats going on?
