In which file i can remove augumentation effect? I whant remove it from every weapon.

So you mean like: if a weapon would be augmented, it will not show the Augment glow? Because the weapons don't have the Glow anytime.

Something like:

 

1. When u enchant weapon to +16 then on weapon shows glow.

2. When u add augm to weapon which is enchanted +16 nothing happend, glow is same as weapon without augm.
