[HELP]wd elements 1tb external format from ntfs to fat 32

Dudes, i got a wd elements 1tb external hdd , new, but the problem is: My PS3 dont see it because its NTFS (for ps3 need FAT 32)

In windows i cant format it as a FAT 32.

 

Anyone can give me a tool to format my external hd, i rly need to format it as FAT 32

 

 

 

Hd(usb2.0 7200 rpm 1000gb=1tb)

 

I think i dont gave money on it to fire it up:(
