There is no level restriction for mages no dungeon bosses in terms of getting silenced; however the drop rates are reduced for being significantly higher. WTF n00bs... Queen ant is NOT A RAID BOSS                  ( sry for caps)

You can kill it with an 78 lvl char... (If you are strong enough to solo it) but you may not get the ring, because the level difference is too big...

Yes, he is correct. It definitely is not a raid boss. On some private servers though, he is.

I see that only Arthes know how to kill AQ.

U need only 2-3 sorc (if u want make it fast), bd/se and i use necro for that. Vampiric Rage for summon and i started to hit larva. (there are 3 larvas in one place). If nurses don't come there u need just click "next target". If they come, u must hit aq to take him near the water. Then necro kill all guards and sorcs start to hiting aq. Necro is good for that because he can gloom aq. SE needed only for buff and recharge. That's all. U can hit aq with high lvl nukker but only <50% hp. It's not a RB. U will not get a paralise.

In l2vn server we kill ant queen so easy. Just get a bishop and a tanker ( paladin or Da) high level attack larva so nurse ant will in larva room to heal the larva, more ant guard here to protect the larva. Tanker just hit and hit larva while a 4x soc attack Ant Queen. 30% change to drop Ring Ant.

it is an epic boss imo my ally managed to kill ant queen.

we were like 2 partys one big lvls 60+ and one 40 lvls

for the drops no one got cursed

On my server L2GG. ALl you need is 2 lvl 40 sorcerers, and a lvl 78 ARcher/dagger/nuker tokill all the guard ants and the sorcerers just k ill the queen ant. You have to have AIO buffs though.

in which server do you play? epic boss aren't considered ordinary raid...more like normal mob...9+ liv player can hit him but then no drop...simple

to get rid of the ant guards quicker is just to agro them then run outside and out the circle, those things can't cross so they stay inside and sort of forget what was going on...until they are "summoned" again. That is on DN, don't know about the rest

it depends of servers, there are servers where AQ is lvl 80 and u kill it np, in my case we need like a party of lvl 40, 5 or 6 guys, sorcerers healer lvl 80 cause he wont get curse and a tanker/dagger is enough and poff u kill it ^^

omg ppl argue so much.. officially its not RB like the rest of them..only the +9 lvl of your char for drop rate applies ..no RB curse..

 

but..here is the but..on private servers sometimes they get modifyed..so that u cant farm it that easy like who said take his hp down to 3% and kill with 1 sorc..yea it's nice but for that reason on some private servers it gets modded ....

 

on private servers anything is possible ..keep that in mind for the argument ...
