Problem in login

hi all ,, i have problem in login i start Login Server / Game server and no problm i start l2.exe after i move the patch and enter id : maxcheaters and pass nothing happen ??

when i start game server it sayINFO Deconnected from Login, Trying to reconnect:

Hmm could you plz upload loginserver.propeties and server.propeties ?
