[Help] Photoshop Activation!

Guys i have a problem and i havent understand it yet its just tell me that it expires rofl i tried to unistall it and again to install and it was succesfull but its still says me the license has expired i know what does it mean but it dont let me to get in the program to chance the serial omg -.-

btw i make format to pc and i had before cs3 and now cs4 because as i see its better...

anyway can any1 help me? here is a screenshot of the problem:

Search in google. I had find a guide about that. You delete a file and you put another one and something like this.
