You can try www.l2kass.com with 600+ online. But it don't have shit vespers etc. No Customs.

it's ok..i am joining khaos but anyway if u want try to search MUST features should be: mid rate with 100-200 or even 80x adena,some customs,at least more than 80-100 players.
