it won't work on IL, and apparently anything before CT2.3. And I didn't make it, I found it, they are just glows from LineageEffect.u from CT2.3

Yes they do work in epilogue I think, 90% sure. Perhaps a bit graphical lagg, but not so much more than from the regular Soulshot impacts I think.
