Today a friend of me has his b-day...

And I want to give him as a digital present a signature...

Spetsnaz it is a rusian police unite... They are the best police team in the world...Highly trained commandos!

 

Text must write: Piccolo (animation) (green color)

Background something with the rusian police colors or army's one.. (depends on the pic...)

Also it has to be a realy extreme moment of a spetsnaz...

I want to say that he propably put it as a wallpaper on his pc...

Well,Bill you have to decide.If he wants it as a wallpaper then the resolution should be 1200x800 or smth like this,but completely different if he wants a signature!

I would if I could.My PC's hard disk died,I need a format and a new one,my broz laptop is not fast enough to be able to run Photoshop and my father's is a bit "private'!

Tomorrow I'll buy the new disk and I'll start the downloading.I hope that I'll manage to get some files that I had on my old hard disk...

P.S.:I am on a net cafee right now :D
