[GUIDE] How to add Hero Weapon Glow on weapons

So i decided to make this to get my -1 karma away:D this post is made from me

 

Go to weapongrp.dat with L2FileEdit (find one for your chronicle), find the ID of the weapon that you want to add  hero weapon glow.

 

For example:

 

I wanna add hero weapon glow on Angel Slayer. I search a bit... (it is more easyer to copy the information in a txt file from the weapongrp.dat file and search in the txt). after you found it it must be something like this :

So now you must repleace the red marked text with one from those (depends on what is the weapon that you wanna put on [dagger,bow, pole, etc...]) :

rapier: LineageEffect.e_u092_l

ancient sword: LineageEffect.e_u092_m  

crosbow: LineageEffect.e_u092_n

sword: LineageEffect.e_u092_a

two hand sword: LineageEffect.e_u092_b

mace blunt: LineageEffect.e_u092_c

hammer: LineageEffect.e_u092_e

staff/pole: LineageEffect.e_u092_f

dagger: LineageEffect.e_u092_g

fist: LineageEffect.e_u092_h   LineageEffect.e_u092_h

bow: LineageEffect.e_u092_i

dual sword: LineageEffect.e_u092_j   LineageEffect.e_u092_j

pole: LineageEffect.e_u092_k

 

and now are wondering for what is the blue one ???. the blue -1 is for the normal glow. when you leave it to -1 the weapon with shine like a normal weapon and when enchanted it will have the normal glow too. when you change it to 1 it will only have the hero weapon glow and no enchant glow.

this is it ;) i  think its not difficult right? :D

Ehm..cant I edit d grade weapons aswell? o,o

 

edit: I have done what I am supposed to do to the weapon and when I try to save it, I get an error saying: Cannot open file "C:\DOCUME~1\giorgos\LOCALS~1\Temp\RarFSX0\temp\new-weapongrp.dat" The system cant find this file (something like that ..)  :-[ :-X
