Hi. Can someone share with me NPC who can exchange item for clan reputation points??

Im Newbie and i dont know how to do it.

"Clan Armor Sets

 

Clan Apella armor sets may be purchased by using clan reputation points. (See the section below for more information on reputation points.) The related NPCs are located in the Town of Aden and Rune Township. An Apella set can only be worn by the Baron class and above.

 

Academy members can gain a Clan Oath armor set through a quest."
