i had to remove the prog.mysql then i reinstallled it but the service will not start anyway to fix this ?

you deleted the sql folders after uninstall?

also check your firewall and delete if the 3306 port is still opened there

 

also  check if there are any registries from mysql..if they still exist remove them.
