2 IPs accepted by java

The machine has internet from 2 different providers, so it has 2 different ips, how can i make the server accept both ips, without getting this error : "Exception in thread main java.net.bind exception adress already in  use bind " ?

different port?... idk, im not rly good with internet connection...

Get a virtual PC meaning a second window of your comp and adress the 1 provider to the virtual PC a nd the other to your main should solve your wonder . If you don't know how to do that just google it i've gave you some hints in pretty bored to go into further explanation
