Go to Navicat And you Will See One Table With Name "Teleport"

 

Open It

 

Scroll the Bar

 

and You See The Price's

 

Found The Place you wanna change and Edit them

Its core-side that it will take adena... the only way to make a teleport to take smth else instead of adena, is to make a quest scrypt for that... see data/scripts/teleports

check on baium's quest the script that consumes 1 blooded fabric in order to teleport and then make your own script for each teleport..
