Changing the model of an NPC

How do I change the model of an NPC? I've been trying to figure it out but haven't been lucky so far. I'm guessing it has something to do with the 'Class' in the database?

class i think is only for sound or w/e.. anyway you must change the templateid and ofc the class for sounds.. then collision radions and height so you can click on it normally.

you can also create new npc in npcgrp and npcname.. and use that id for templateid in db.
