[Help Request] Change CT2.2 weapons into CT2.3

Hello.

 

I had a pack of weapons back to CT2.2 and i want to change them to work for CT2.3,but i aint rreally an expert with those issues. If someone has got any clue on how to do it, and if you aint too lazy to write few lines as a guide through ,i would be very pleased .
