Time's gone since i've done it, but i remember 1 thing: you have to edit a .bat file.

All the work must be in the same hard disk.I think this is your problem extreme

Ok I make it BSP Bat i use in CS 1.6 and say

 

 

Fatal Error:Mod_LoadBrushModel: maps/fy_Sticker.bsp has wrong version number (538976286 should be 30)

the thing you must check is that the map must be a box without any hole

and thats the real problem to make the map.You must check your map and see...
