Mate there are two simple options:

1- You are doing something wrong, which if you followed the tutorial correctly i think you are not.

2- Its probably fixed in the server you play in, it doesn't work in mine so there are more where it will not work :)

well dont try to make with phx weapon +++ now is fixed on all server
