[Request] PPC dynamic token script

Hi I read this thread about L2Gold (http://www.maxcheaters.com/forum/index.php?topic=9584.0)

and i noticed the dynamic token script for PPC.

 

I'm just wondering how you apply this script to another server?

A guide on how to do this, a detalied explanation of what this scrip does, or just a PPC script making guide is appreciated.
