someone can help me with this?

  </skill>

 

does this mean that the skill is not working? if so how/what do i change to make it work

Try to change this line :

 

<set name="operateType" val="OP_PASSIVE" />

 

To this line :

 

<set name="operateType" val="OP_ACTIVE" />
