Your right, the list is strange, cant be used on retail like servers!

But EMP + Acumen are usefull if you are a AW. ;Faster HEX, and EMP gives more change to land HEX i think.

Offcouse you wont use those buffs if you have a max of 24 buffs.

Magnus is better in overall for mages.....

 

Pow gives only mcrt and reduces other stats

 

Magus too, but instead of give M.criticals, it gives more Matk

 

I think Magunus is just to farm adena and lvl up and pow (water) is to make pvp.
