can somebody help me with crown lords?

hello again MxB community! i need your knowledge once more!!!so if you can help me out i ll apreciate your assistance

 

i need to know how to configure server in order not to give a specific item to a player twice!!!i dont want server to full with crown lords with players that are NOT lords!!!if i place them on shops many ppl will buy it from there and wear them but i dont want this to happen neither i want ppl to buy them for items etc and cannot wear them and i cant stand here them gm gm i bought crown lords but i cant wear them plix pl0x help me or give my adenas/items back

 

Note i disabled crowns to be traded
