[HELP]summoning friend skill near raidbosses

So hello guys, I need some usefull information about, summoning friend skill, in example. when i summoning my party friend somewhere near TOI.. i get message "target cannot find", cuz maybe I near some Raidboss? but it dosnt matter, I want to know how to fix anti-summoning fields  :} maybe some1 have any idea?
