New Newbie - HELP ME-

I wanna test my server a bit and I don't really know how to add custom armors/weapons ...i tried and my db was "fu***" up .... don't really  know .....I need some help . I need to know how to add a .sql file in database along with

other files.if u can add 1 "tutorial" (because i didn't found one) i will be thankfull.
