[Help]Duplicate Character

i have strike's pack and Server is working fine but all the time players get critical 2 3 times in a row and in game server a message appears that says "duplicate character (nick) Closing Both Character especially when they teleport.

Here lupu1 had same problem... he fixed it... anyone know the answer?

 

I really need to know the answer cause i am 99% close to buy a dedicated server pls guys
