When I create a character its in deletion mode. How do I change this?

You get any errors in GS? If yes post them here.

I am using just the normal pack from L2JFree's website. No errors, just every character I make they are in autodelete stage.

Re-Install your database.

thats nothing , it just tells you that these accounts have been created.
