i am using l2jserver interlude and i noticed that when the admin changes these things in gmaccess.properties:
so when the admin changes these codes from 100 to 200 the gm cannot add or delete skills etc. but he can change his own access level, so i dont understand whats the point of changing them?
can anybody give me a solution and solve my question?
