My biggest fail is that i was playing l2 ;)

Biggest sucess and fail whas when I enchanted the whole set to +35 (incl jewels, armors n guns) and next day server went off. :D This sux. And this happened many times >_<

Mine on L2 Elite i echant in 2 days AM (Acu) AS (CtrD) from +10 to +24 but the As go broken to +22 x_x that whas my most Biggest sucess echant.

Success:When i enchanted a valakas necklace to +49 in 80%rate

 

Fail:When i broke it in +50

 

That happened in L2 infogate when i was quitting server so i decided to break all my equips

It was when i made a the first +16 weapon on a  just-opened L2 OFF server with rates 15x. My biggest fail? Well i can't say i ever failed in anything in lineage but i do have bad days of enchanting. Like for example i've wasted more than 100kk for enchant scrolls and i couldn't past +10.

My biggest success was my first AS-Crt.Dmg +16 at L2-Eeternal Sin (x35)

My biggest fail? Hmm..dragonic boots +6 and a Queen Ant form facking karma at l2-World..

Hmm, my biggest success was owning a party of 8 with me a party of two. xD

Biggest failure is goin thru 200 B weapons and ending up with a +13-14.
