he prolly talk when he is on the topic and not in reply mode where we can insert a quote .. i cant see the button too , i pmed maxtor to check it .

its all about the bug with hidden posts

it will be fixed at maintance ;)

when you will press reply you will see an other page...where you can make a full post go top down and check you can quote from there
