[HELP] C.speed at spells etc

Hi guys..i have a problem..you see i am admin xP..and i have 3000 cspeed or 300000 ...but..my c.speed doesnt work good...i mean..when i use heal(or any speel)..i must w8 the blue bar to dissapear..i have seen in other servers..that you can heal very very fast..only with 1000 c.speed..how can i change that?

that means that the reuse time of skill is high... u can edit the skill or if you want only for urself maybe create a passive skill that loweres reuse time

hmm..yeah..but generally..is there an option?about reuse time etc?

Generaly :D use /skills/ID-ID.xml and you won't have problems.If i`m correct it has to be  <set name="reuseDelay" val="13000"/> Change it like.. Humm.. 2x faster ? (Lower equal means faster reuse) .Example :  <set name="reuseDelay" val="6500"/> for 2x faster time.I hope i helped.

well..oh..i got an idea :D..you know..the song of renewal..helps your skills to reaload faster..ill make this song stronger..

so it goes for all skills.. :D

if only casting delay is big then after u increase renewal power fighters will have low reuse time.. i its better that u check all skills with low reuse time in "data\stats\skills" and search for line <set name="reuseDelay" val="[some number]"/> and change it manualy...

dont think so that there is an option to make all reuse time lower

y i have done it ..in skills that i want :p

 

lol i changed lethal in lethal shot,deadly etc..and lethal its 80% hehe xD (thanks for help)
