[Share] In town Mammon for l2jfree Gracia pt2

I am very new to developing (less then a month experience) so don't be very strict with me XD

For many ppl bs and merc of mammon is a pain in the ass cause of the Only lords of Dawn/Dusk can use the npc so I decided to make a Mammon npc who will have both merchant and blacksmith on him (using the multisell that already exist) that can be used anytime.
