ZonePvPSpawnBossRadio=0 ZonePvPSpawnBossBarakiel=0 at the Customs.ini in L2Server folder. Im prety sure this is it because i had the same problem with you in cruma 1 floor for example and i couldn't fix it but i fixed it finally by changing these 2 lines -

Hi! I have a problem with my database_installer.
I had made a server and the database_installer work perfect in the past but now i'm going to
run an other database_installer in other packs and it doesnt run.
It stucks at the armorsets or other...i had let it for 1-2 hours but it doesnt going nowhere.!
I need to know...i have problem in my computer or it is from the pack.
If i have the second maybe i need to make-take an other pack but if i have the first?
