[help]PHP Vote Script

Well i didn't find any and i`m banned from google.. So i search for a PHP vote script.Acutally i know how to make it ,but i got stuck on the char_id thingie..I searched here ,but i found only for .vote IG commands and etc..So i need something like this :

A guy votes at my site and types his character name

It gives him IG an item ,which he can use

And he can vote ONLY ONCE per 12 h or 24 h i dont mind :)

This is.. Other i can make alone :)

Pff... Noone? L2Light was having it in the site when they do the wipe.. How can i add a simple item in table 'items' to MySQL on the account i choose? I just need that.. and to get the facking Owner_ID.. Please ,HELP!

Please ,read my entire post .. I said i found that,but i don't need it for java.I need it for PHP and i see the archive but this is with vote points,not giving items.

Well a sh1tty story .. Nevermind i still search for the script.

P.S. I can make it to vote only 12 hours delay .. I just need the other.It can be something like SELECT FROM `characters' WHERE `char_id` and i need a copy function :D Just the SQL is my weakness i know php perfectly (almost :D)
