help me pls .. i play on 15x server whit Ol lvl 83 whit skill silance enchanted +13 and Am+aq+10+agument empower lvl 10 and set epics jewelry . what is the silence chance ?

depends from server in one datapacks have option for chance life stone..i think 60% chance

Silence Chance,is if u are mage with that wep u will have more chance when u figth to give "silence" ur enemi

 

Silence: for warrior mind that char cant hit with skills

 

Silence: for mages well is that too he cant hit u with skills
