l2 phx probleme , help here pls

hi all , i've downloaded l2 phx 3.1.8 , and when i open it this is what happen (french language)

its the microsoft error message , what can i do to remove it pls ?

from where u downloaded? download l2phx from adlerbr.4shared.com (virus free of course,tnx adelerbr) and try it.maybe u downloaded a "trojaned" copy :)

i tryed all versions and noone worked , same for l2walker :/

Do you have Net Framework?if not, try to install it.

i instaled it , restarted pc , and nothing happened :/
