Is there any bug at server with 8subs stuck for mc

i play a server and i can do 8 stuck subs is there any bug (any skill of any player or anythink) that my palyer do a lot mc (magick critical) ?

Well i think that you need a SPS(spell singer) sub, he is the master of all magic crits and try getting a necklace of valakas+POW...nothing else required
