How to Add an item in all mobs in one zone!

Well guys as u understand from my title i want aytomatically to add a drop in one zone but in all mobs.Not take it one by one and add it!

 

Does anyone know anyway i can do this?

Well , you could add a script for some mobs(probably some mobs in your area) and add the dropitems ... or by yourself

i havent ever heard something like that..but i think you can make it through mysql database..(i havent test it..)
