texture problem

Hi all! Maybe someone can help me out! I am trying to make a hellbound server but i have some problems with the characters falling in texture > i mean when i am walking on stairs it seems like i'm going trough them.... in oly , when starting, after gate open the char goes somehow into the ground .... when jumping from an edge i get same problem - going into the ground.

I would really apriciate if some1 could help me. Tnx a lot and i will w8 for your answer.

I suggest you to re-install your client...It's a problem from your client...But I'm not 100% sure... Maybe I'm wrong but try it ;)
