[CS][Help] How To Reduce My Ingame Lag

Hi guys i have 24mps connection and i am still having 150 ping ... could anyone help me with how to lower my ping ? i get disconected all time beacuse of my ping :( help plx

try cl_cmdrate 101 | cl_updaterate 101 | cl_rate 20000 | rate 20000 ...in console(`)

if you're still having the problem:

try cl_cmdrate 50 | cl_updaterate 50 | cl_rate 20000 | rate 20000  ...in console(`)

 

Else...contact your ISP.

edit: still the same from 150 now its 140 :(

i got good connection i cant understand why this happends :S

It might also be cause of the server. For example a server hosted in japan has worst ping than one hosted near europe.

in much srvs i just started to 1 ro UWC3 its so cool srv fast uwc3 xp but i get disconected for my lag :( and i cant find any good uwc3 with good xp i get only 5 xp to other srvs :S

By saing "where", I meant the location of the server.

Give us a IP or some other infos if you don't know for sure.

dude the ping may be caused by the server's location or by the server itself.

Sure. But you also wanted to reduce your laggs(ping), and thats why you have to change the server :D !

The problem is the server. Either it's on a bad pc(bad upstream) or there's a great distance between you and the server(causes some delay).
