No its not that problem is with the textures.

In some config files it has a delay for items to dissapear during lag fix.You can change the delay from here :

/config/options.properties and find

# delete from world dropped reward items after n seconds. 0 - disabled
AutoDestroyDroppedItemAfter = 0 

Make it 0 to never dissapear till restart or just type a value in seconds.

It is not always that, some custom items do not have data for when it is dropped on the ground, this happens with some bugged items on l2j
