Help with adding Epic Wings to client

I was trying to add these Epic Wings to my game, but every time I try opening a .dat file with L2 File Edit I get an error saying it can't find the .txt for it :-\ L2 endec and asm/disasm don't even run for me. I was wondering if someone could add it for me? I've looked at all the other topics like this seems like there's no solution for this from what I could tell anyway.

I'm using Gracia part 2 and running Vista if anyone needs to know.

 

nvm I got it to work and now I feel like an idiot for asking this lol
